Scheduling and Sessions

• I offer both in-peron and telehealth sessions.

• Sessions can be scheduled through the form on the contact page and email- I will try and respond within 48 hours during hours of operation.

• I offer a free 15-minute consultation via telehealth to help decide whether we are a good fit moving forward.

Fees

• It is important to me that you and your loved ones receive the care and support you need. In this aim I offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments for those demonstrating financial need, please inquire.

• Standard Fees:

  • Individual Therapy $175/50 minute session

  • Couple’s/Sex Therapy $225/50 minute session and $275/90 minute session

  • Family Therapy $275/90 minute session and $365/120 minute session

• Payment accepted through Venmo @JV-Portland and all major credit cards

Insurance

• I do not work directly with insurance companies at this time, however I am happy to provide out-of-network service and provide you with an itemized receipt "super bill" at the end of the month. If you choose to seek insurance reimbursement on your own, please let me know before or during our first session.

• If you are interested in pursuing insurance reimbursement please know insurance providers require an “identified patient” along with a diagnosis .

• Please confirm with your insurance provider reimburses for out-of-network benefits and the requirements for reimbursement.
