Scheduling and Sessions

I have availability M-F 9:30am-2:30pm
I offer both in-peron and telehealth sessions.
Sessions can be scheduled through the form on the contact page and email- I will try and respond within 48 hours during hours of operation.
Plan on completing necessary forms prior to the first visit. We will review forms at the beginning of first session to establish therapy, .
Plan on meeting weekly to start and tapering off. I encourage 90 min sessions for couples for the 2nd, 3rd and 4rth sessions.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation via telehealth to help decide whether we are a good fit moving forward.

Fees

It is important to me that you and your loved ones receive the care and support you need. In this aim I offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments for those demonstrating financial need, please inquire.
Standard Fees:
- Individual Therapy $125/60 minute session and $165/90 minute session
- Couple and Sex Therapy $155/60 minute session and $195/90 minute session
- Family Therapy $195/90 minute session and $260/120 minute session
Payment is due the day of service, late payment will incur a $10 fee.
Cancellations or no shows: 24 hour cancellation notice is required. I understand that life happens but please know cancellations in less than 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
Accepted mode of payment: Venmo @Janean-VeDova, Apple Pay and all major credit cards.

I do not work directly with insurance companies, however I am happy to provide out-of-network service and provide you with an itemized receipt "super bill" at the end of the month. If you choose to seek insurance reimbursement on your own, please let me know before or during our first session.
If you are interested in pursuing insurance reimbursement please know insurance providers require an “identified patient” along with a diagnosis .
Please confirm your insurance provider reimburses for out-of-network benefits and the requirements for reimbursement.
